Surrounded by a grove of skirted palms under a starry night sky, a stage, lights, sound system and seating are placed in perfect harmony, creating a seasonal outdoor venue ready to present some of the most memorable music of all time. Each season, Spa Resort Casino presents a series of outdoor live music shows in a unique setting at the corner of Indian Canyon and E. Andreas Road in downtown Palm Springs.

Concerts Under the Palms venue is located on the corner of E. Andreas Road and N. Indian Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, California.
Valet parking is free at Spa Resort Casino. Self-parking is also available.
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.
Will Call tickets will be available on the day of the show starting at 3:00 pm inside Spa Resort Casino, at the Cascade Lounge Entrance. After 6:30pm on the day of the show, Will Call will located outdoors at a booth near the Concert Entrance. You must have a photo ID. Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the Box Office approximately one hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, Box Office personnel have no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the Box Office. Patrons may also leave tickets at will-call; however the Box Office at Concerts Under the Palms cannot and will not accept responsibility for the unclaimed tickets. A valid photo ID will be required to pick up your tickets at will-call.
Except where age restrictions are noted, everyone is welcome to attend Concerts Under the Palms. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the venue. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No children under 25 months of age will be admitted.
No cameras, audio or video recording devices are allowed in the venue. Any such devices may be subject to confiscation, including cellular phones being used as cameras or recording devices.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Event
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately placed on Concerts Under the Palms website. We will make every attempt to contact individual ticket holders, however please be aware we may not be able to contact everyone. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued at the point of purchase only. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available up until the rescheduled date. Please make sure to provide all contact information upon purchasing tickets.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If tickets are lost or stolen you should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and tickets will not be reissued unless ownership of a seat location can be verified. Reissue of a lost ticket is not guaranteed. If the ticket purchase can be verified, the Box Office will reissue the ticket to the original purchaser.
