Hamachi Crudo with Crème Fraiche and Caviar

Paired with 2019 Tate St. Helena Sauvignon Blanc
This sauvignon is lively and fresh and most enjoyable when chilled.


Strawberry Spinach Salad with Toasted Hazelnuts and Almonds

Paired with 2018 Tate Spring Street Chardonnay
This hand-picked chardonnay from Yountville is creamy with hazelnut, Almond and floral elements including Citrus Blossom and Jasmine.


Seared Ahi Tuna with Couscous, Caper and Thyme Brown Butter

Paired with 2016 Tate Spring Street Merlot
This rich merlot features Red Cherry with hints of Tobacco Leaf and some floral, accented with herbs.


Braised Veal Cheeks with Poached Leeks

 Paired with 2018 Tate Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon
This bold cabernet comes entirely from the Baachus plot on Mt. Veeder and features dusty earth notes, Black Olive, Tea Leaf, Leather, a Slight Sage Nuance and Ripe Blackberry.

Paired with 2018 Tate Jack's Vineyard Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
