Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage (otherwise referred to as “ACRM” in the Promotion Rules) & Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs (otherwise referred to as “ACPS” in the Promotion Rules), and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (otherwise referred to as “ACCC” in the Promotion Rules), which together are known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will invite qualified ACE Players Club members to receive one (1) free gift each week for four (4) consecutive weeks on Sundays and Mondays. Qualified ACE Players Club members will qualify to receive the offer based upon average daily theoretical win or average daily theoretical win/loss or annual theoretical win or annual win/loss and markets in which they live and total number of visits. Qualified ACE Players Club members will be invited via Direct Mail, E-Mail Blasts and/or Telemarketing.
Gift Reservation (for Qualified ACE Club Members Only):
- Guests will have the opportunity to call and make a reservation for a specified time to visit the Casino of their choice, in order to redeem their gift each promotional week.
- Instructions will be provided on their Postcard & E-Mail Blast, prompting them to use the following methods to reserve their gift.

- Guests receiving an invitation to the promotion may redeem one free gift per promotional week, at the property of their choice.

Actual gift distribution order will vary each week and will not be advertised to Qualified ACE Players Club members. Qualified ACE Players Club members may redeem one (1) gift per promotional week. A new gift will be featured for each week in the gift program. Qualified Players will receive a direct marketing offer on behalf of Agua Caliente Casinos.
In addition, ACE Players Club members that did not qualify to receive the free gift, can earn 500 points or meet designated table games criteria on the gift distribution day to receive the gift, as inventory permits. Slot points must be earned, beginning at 5:00am each promotional day until 7:59pm. Limit of one earned gift per guest, per week. Players may receive one (1) gift based on play OR by invitation.
THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY:
- Must be 21 or older to participate.
- Must be a Qualified ACE Players Club Member to participate.
- Quantities are limited and no replacement gifts are offered. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer from Agua Caliente Casinos, including Direct Marketing offers. In the event that the gift inventory is depleted at one or more Casinos, ACE Players Club Representatives or above are authorized to issue $100 Free Play to Qualified ACE Players Club members that do not receive the gift. Limited to one (1) Free Play offer per Qualified ACE Players Club member, between the three casinos.
- Direct Marketing Offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
- Facsimiles or reproductions of Direct Marketing Offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
- The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for Direct Marketing offers that are lost, stolen, mangled, mis-delivered, and illegible or untimely delivered.
- The final call on any dispute related to this information will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.
- The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers
- The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
- All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI Systems of Internal Controls & Standard Policies & Procedures.
- Participants must present their ACE Players Club Card and show valid identification at the distribution location at each property to receive their gift.
- Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate (except for Poker).
- Each Casino must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1- 800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each casino.
- Max one (1) gift per week from the gift series that they qualify for at one casino of their choice.
- No points will be deducted from each ACE Players Club account.
- A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
- Participants must earn all 500 qualified slots points using their ACE Players Card on slot machines or meet designated table games criteria. Points earned through purchases made on property will not qualify towards the required 500 point accrual.
- Participants may begin earning slot points and table games rating for gifts starting at 5:00am until 7:59pm. All 500 qualifying slot points must be earned by 7:59pm and can be redeemed from 12:00pm to 8:00pm, as inventory permits, on each gift distribution date.
- Qualified slot points and table games criteria may be combined from all properties.
- All 500 qualifying slot points and table games ratings must be earned on the same day the gifts are being offered.
- Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals 3 points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals 3 points. Rated table game play and Poker players do not qualify for points. Points must be earned through slots or video poker only.
